Anonymous analytics

If you opt in, PromptRouter may send app version, operating system and architecture, interface language, selected model names, local/cloud routing counts, latency, non-sensitive errors, and feature usage.

It does not send prompts, answers, files, paths, commands, account identity, API keys, or hardware inventory as background analytics.

Answer feedback

Like/dislike feedback is sent only when you choose to submit it. Prompt and answer text are excluded by default. You may explicitly attach the redacted context after reviewing a warning and preview. Context containing detected credentials is blocked.

Anonymous identifier

Each installation uses a random identifier. It is not derived from your device or account and can be reset from Privacy settings.

Retention

Raw feedback and analytics events are retained for 90 days. Anonymous daily aggregates may be retained longer to understand product trends.

Your control

You can disable analytics or reset the anonymous identifier at any time under Settings → Privacy & Security.
